Originally sold new and built to comply with Italian specifications, this numbers matching 356 SC Cabriolet was sold by Mahag Porsche to Leonard Marchini of Merced California in April of 1967. The car remained in California until sold to a client in Houston Texas and eventually found it’s way to it’s most recent owner in Vero Beach Florida.
The car came equipped with factory fog lamps, Chrome Horn ring and safety belts. It is currently fitted with a luggage rack, chrome wheels, an updated sound system, 12 volt charging system, Cibie headlamps, headlamp guards and Coco mats.
The car was painstakingly restored by Marque Specialist, Club Sport Racing of Riviera Beach Florida. The restoration was performed over five years from 2012 through 2016. It was a bare metal rotisserie restoration and was completely gone through mechanically and cosmetically. Very few miles have been added since the restoration.
Recently, the car was inspected and serviced by Speed Sport Tuning of Danbury Connecticut.
The car is ready for it’s next owner to enjoy for years to come.
